Sizing

Please choose your ring size carefully as pieces are made to order and cannot be exchanged. If you are unsure of your ring size, our adjustable ring sizer is recommended to find your exact fit. 

When ordering please keep in mind that our hands can change in size depending on circumstances such as hot weather, so it is recommended to try on in different timeframes.

Your ring should fit comfortably over the knuckle yet not fall off if shaken.

Timeframe

Most pieces are made to order after the purchase date. Please allow 3-6 weeks for your piece to be posted out. If you are hoping to order for a specific date, please get in touch to discuss what we can do.

Ready to ship pieces will be posted out within 2 business days.

 

Customisation

Pieces can be made in other alloys such as 14/22ct gold or brass, please contact us at hello@someotherworldstudio.com.au to request a quote. 

We strive to offer inclusive ring sizing for all, however if you require a larger or smaller size piece than is available on the store, please get in touch so we can arrange a solution.

 

Shipping

A flat shipping rate of $10 applies for all orders within Australia. 

Local pickup from Brunswick East may be available, please get in touch if you would like to arrange.

International shipping rates to be determined according to the order and destination. Please get in touch for a shipping estimate.

 

Returns

As all items are made to order returns are not possible unless faulty. If there is a fault with your piece please get in touch so we can arrange a solution.
